Job summary
A leading electrical company in Indonesia is seeking a Tax Staff with at least 4 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for preparing tax journals and supporting year-end processes. Strong knowledge in taxation and accounting, as well as experience with SAP S4HANA, is required. The ideal candidate must also have Brevet A/B/C qualifications and be proficient in English.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of working experience as Tax Staff.
- Experience in trading industry is preferable.
- Having Brevet A/B/C.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Tax Journal on SAP S4HANA for tax payments and adjustments.
- Prepare documentation for tax dispute resolution.
- Support Year End Closing Period.
Skills
Good knowledge in Taxation and Accounting
Problem solving and analytical skills
Active English both written and spoken
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting major

Responsibilities
- Prepare Tax Journal on SAP S4HANA system, for any Tax Payment, Tax Clearing and Tax Adjustment if needed.
- Prepare data, documents, and drafting letter to Tax Auditor for tax dispute resolution.
- Prepare Working Papers for any Tax Reconciliation and/or Equalization.
- Input Tax Slips to be transferred from SAP S4HANA to CORETAX System.
- Support Year End Closing Period.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting major with taxation background.
- At least 4 years of working experience as Tax Staff.
- Good knowledge in Taxation and Accounting.
- Experience using SAP S4HANA system and Tax systems.
- Having background and knowledge in trading industry is preferable.
- Active English both written and spoken.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Honest, committed to fulfill duties on time as per schedule.
- Having Brevet A/B/C.
