Job DescriptionThe Role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting our recruitment operations by managing the coordination aspects of the hiring process. This position ensures seamless candidate experience while supporting Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to deliver efficient recruitment outcomes across the APAC region.
The role encompasses end-to-end coordination activities, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, documentation preparation, and background screening processes. Additionally, the coordinator contributes to process improvements, maintains recruitment resources, supports reporting and analytics efforts, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement across our talent acquisition functions.

The Team
You will report to the APAC TA Operations Manager as a key TA team member. The APAC TA team comprises talent acquisition professionals specializing in hiring for different areas of SEEK.
The TA team forms part of the broader P&C team, which includes HR Generalists, Remuneration and Benefits, Payroll and HR Information Systems, Corporate Communications, and our Operations Support team.
