Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager specialized in Hospitality/Food & Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.

Has strong knowledge and experience in Operational management

Able to work with Shifting Schedule

Responsibilities

• Manage all operational restaurant and ensure employees are following standard operational procedure
• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market application and sales estimate
• Monitor market trends, research consumer market and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues
• Development and implementation of action plans
