Job summary

A private company in supply and control is seeking a Service Engineer for Pekanbaru or remote areas. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and have at least 1 year of experience in instrumentation and control valves. Responsibilities include servicing control valves and conducting troubleshooting. The role also requires willingness to travel to remote project sites and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Certification in instrument installation or instrumentation is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience in instrumentation and control valve is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance of Control Valves, Positioners, Actuators, and Accessories.
• Conduct troubleshooting, calibration, and resetting for Control Valves and Accessories.
• Provide service support and joint customer visits with the Sales Team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Holds certification in instrument installation

• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams

• Knowledgeable and familiar with valve testing standards

• Minimum 1 year of experience in instrumentation and control valve

• Certification in instrumentation will be an advantage

• Willing to travel and work in remote project sites

Job Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance of Control Valves, Positioners, Actuators, and Accessories, including preparing service reports

• Conduct troubleshooting, calibration, and resetting of Control Valves, Positioners, Actuators, and Accessories, including documentation

• Provide service support, assessments, and joint customer visits with the Sales Team, followed by reporting
