Role Purpose

AECC is experiencing significant growth in line with the timely changes for students and our university and college partners around the world. As we expand our global footprint, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Senior Student Counsellor, who will play a vital role in assisting and helping students with the easy or hassle-free application or paperwork processing.

What Does This Opportunity Mean for You

  1. Handling student walk-ins for Abroad study destinations (UK/Ireland/Canada/USA/Australia and New Zealand), effectively addressing their queries regarding studying abroad and providing comprehensive consultancy with an end-to-end solution.
  2. Attaining a complete understanding of students' eligibility & suggesting the most appropriate country, course, and university/college.
  3. Providing detailed and accurate information regarding admission and visa documentation and other mandatory requirements.
  4. Responsibly handling all aspects of the admission process from case filing with the university to updating the students through regular communication, visa application filing, and addressing any student queries.
  5. Being responsible for all aspects of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
  6. Staying updated with all changes in policies, procedures & requirements for destination countries.
  7. Following up with potential students post their visit and ensuring effective closure.
  8. Capable of preparing MIS reports as required by management.

Skills and Attributes Required

  1. A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the International Education Industry.
  2. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any discipline.
  3. Be customer-centric and able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
  4. Understand the needs of international students.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Demonstrated team player.
  7. Experience in using Customer Relationship Management platforms.
