As a Senior Staff Recruitment, you will ensure seamless end-to-end hiring execution across store and head-office roles while a core team member is on maternity leave. This role focuses on timely talent fulfillment, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and supporting key HR operational touchpoints to ensure a positive hiring experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for store and head office roles
  • Conduct CV screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
  • Perform active sourcing through recruitment platforms and social channels
  • Maintain an accurate recruitment dashboard and provide regular hiring reports
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pool for critical and high-turnover positions
  • Plan and execute small to medium employee engagement activities (online/offline)
  • Partner with area leaders to maintain morale, discipline, and communication
  • Monitor HR policy implementation and propose improvements
  • Provide recruitment-related insights to support culture building and HR initiatives
  • Manage resignation procedures and offboarding timelines
  • Review exit interview insights to identify recruitment and selection improvement areas
  • Ensure all exit clearance and documentation are fully completed
HR Administration
  • Process special allowance and benefit requests in line with internal policies
  • Maintain accurate HR data and properly organized documents (digital & physical)
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, GA) to support smooth administration
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
  • 2–4 years HR experience with strong focus on recruitment and HR operations
  • Proficient in recruitment platforms (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Glints, and social hiring)
  • Experience working in an outsourcing environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a fast-paced execution mindset
  • Passionate about employee experience and culture building
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment
  • Willing to be placed in Wiyung, Surabaya
