PT Mitra Tiga Rekanan (MTR) - Part of MIR Group is seeking candidates for the following position in Jakarta Office as Senior Staff - Finance & Accounting for Building Management
Responsibilities:
Oversee all financial and accounting functions related to building operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, including (but not limited to): prepare, review, and monitor financial statements, cash flows, budgets, monthly/annual closing, and management reports.
Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures (e.g. SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including tenant billing, collection of service charges, and vendor payments.
Ensure compliance with tax obligations (VAT, PPh 21/23/25, etc.) and coordinate with external consultants if needed.
Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support building management operations.
Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and maintenance expenses.
Coordinate with Property/Building Manager regarding operational expenses, tenant charges, and sinking fund management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in accordance with company policies
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for cost efficiency and revenue optimization.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations related to building management finance
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (e.g., Brevet A & B, CPA, or equivalent) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in Finance & Accounting, preferably in property/building management, real estate, or facility management industry. Proven knowledge in financial planning, analysis & reporting, cash flow management, taxation, and budgeting.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong knowledge of PSAK (Indonesian GAAP) and relevant tax regulations.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
Analytical, detail-oriented, accurate in numbers, and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of cash flow management and operational accounting related to building management (service charge, utilities, vendor payments, maintenance fees, sinking fund, etc.).
Experienced in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., PSAK/IFRS)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with internal teams, tenants, and external parties (vendors, auditors, tax consultants).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
