We are looking for a SAP Project System (PS) Consultant – Middle Level to join our project team. The consultant will play a key role in delivering SAP PS solutions, supporting implementation, configuration, and integration with related modules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes related to SAP PS and its integration, providing solutions based on best practices or customer requirements (gather requirement)
• Participate in Fit & Gap workshops, Blueprint, Training, and other activities as defined in the project plan
• Perform SAP PS configuration and conduct system testing
• Develop project deliverables such as documentation, training materials, and other required outputs according to the project plan
• Act as trainer for SAP Overview, End User Training, or Training of Trainer sessions
• Ensure smooth integration of SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, and SD modules
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PS issues within agreed SLA
• Collaborate closely with business users and technical teams to ensure system adoption and project success
  
  

Requirements

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience as SAP PS Consultant in implementation and/or support projects
• Solid knowledge of Project System processes (planning, execution, controlling, settlement)
• Strong experience in SAP PS configuration and system enhancements
• Proven experience in cross-module integration (FI/CO, MM, SD)
• Good problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work in cross-functional teams
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta with project-based engagement
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred
