A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Sales Manager specializing in Heavy Equipment placements. The ideal candidate will develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets, build strong client relationships, and manage the sales department's budget in Jakarta. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and solid knowledge of the construction and mining industries. This role offers an opportunity to influence market share expansion and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to meet revenue targets, expand market share, and identify new business opportunities, including large fleet negotiations and tenders.
Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with key clients, manufacturers, and partners, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
Operations: Manage the sales department's budget, forecast sales, oversee inventory mix, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of truck models, features, and financing options (F&I) to support sales and training.
Reporting & Analysis: Track sales data, report on performance, and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering (mechanical or industrial), or a related field is often required.
Heavy Equipment Knowledge: A strong understanding of construction and mining industry dynamics, including equipment usage and procurement processes, is essential.
Sales Management Experience: Some roles may require experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
