Job Description:

Plan, develop, and execute sales activities for biomass products by acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and driving market expansion.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities, customer requirements, and industry trends within the biomass sector.

Manage the full sales and marketing cycle, including pricing strategy, quotation preparation, contract negotiation, and deal closure.

Oversee and coordinate export–import processes for biomass products, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.

Establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and customers to support smooth and efficient operations.

Prepare and present periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to management.

Work closely with internal teams (finance, logistics, and operations) to ensure accurate execution and timely fulfillment of sales contracts.

Track competitor activities, government regulations, and developments in the biomass and renewable energy industries.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related discipline from a reputable university.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Executive handling biomass products (e.g., PKS, wood pellets), preferably within a trading company or Japanese-affiliated company; flexible to handle additional products when required.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Self-driven, independent, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, international business environment.

Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
