This position will be handling sales operations process in retail, especially distribution sales for beauty products
Job Description
- Designing, implementing, and improving sales distribution processes, policies, and systems to remove friction and enhance efficiency.
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, forecast sales, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborating with all teams to develop and implement sales strategies that align with business objectives.
- Creating sales reports, forecasting sales revenue, and managing the sales pipeline.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights to improve sales performance.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues within the sales process and optimize sales operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the sales team, other departments, and management.
- Understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to lead and manage a team, provide guidance, and motivate sales professionals.
Requirement
- Bachelor\'s degree in any major
- At least 10 experience handling sales operations in beauty or fashion retail company
- Experience in handling team
- Experience in handling distribution sales for beauty or fashion retail products
- Good English skill
- Excellent verbal skill
