Responsibilities
- Conduct regular benchmarking and salary surveys to analyze market competitiveness.
- Support annual compensation review processes (merit increases, bonuses, and incentives).
- Provide analysis and recommendations on salary structures, job grading, and pay bands.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs (healthcare, insurance, retirement plans, allowances); evaluate offerings to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with employee needs; liaise with external vendors and providers to ensure smooth administration of benefits.
- Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain compensation and benefits dashboards and reports; provide insights on cost impact, workforce trends, and pay equity analysis; ensure accuracy of HR data related to rewards.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with labor laws and internal governance; support the communication and implementation of total rewards policies to employees.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement: Support global/regional rewards projects and initiatives; recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of rewards programs.
