Review P&L, cinema/film performance, operational trends, and Guest feedback to drive forecasting, operating strategies, and continuous performance improvement.
Ensure all assigned cinemas are efficiently managed, well‑maintained, compliant with SOPs, service standards, audits, and operational controls, including utilities and OPEX optimization (COGS, wastage, pilferage, logistics).
Lead and support Cinema Managers in achieving KPIs (Admissions, SPH, Strike Rate); coach, develop, and guide teams to enhance capability, productivity, and career progression.
Safeguard and elevate guest experience across all sites by enforcing service standards and taking corrective actions based on GX insights.
Monitor marketing initiatives, provide structured feedback, act as a communication bridge between management and cinema teams, and support other areas as advisor when needed.
Lead more sites, including complex locations, ensure manpower efficiency, manage disciplinary matters, and serve as a leadership role model for all Cinema Managers.
