Job Title: Project Manager (Construction Engineer) – Villas, Lombok

We are seeking a Project Manager with a strong technical background to oversee the construction of our villas in Lombok. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering or construction management qualification who can ensure all work is carried out to specification, with high-quality standards and proper use of materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure all work is completed according to design, specifications, and safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain quality of materials and workmanship.
• Verify structural integrity, including checks such as concrete strength tests.
• Report daily to management and flag any issues.

Qualifications

• Background in civil engineering, construction management, or similar.
• Proven experience supervising construction projects (residential or commercial).
• Strong knowledge of building materials, methods, and local construction practices.
• Educate workers on correct methodologies
• Ability to work independently and proactively resolve issues.
• Based in or willing to work in Lombok Tengah area.
• Ideal for Project Managers already working in Kuta Lombok who can take time to visit our site
