Responsibilities

• Responsible for efficient operations of all CPs.

• Ensure safety of plant, machinery, and personnel.
• Coordinate with engineering for maintenance and modifications.
• Implement and maintain ISO/OHSAS/Six Sigma standards.

Job description

Position : Production Manager Poly / PET Production(Poly or PETManufacture in Tangerang)

Core Responsibilities

1. Responsible for efficient operations of all CPs (CP1 & CP 2), SSP, EG Recovery, HTM Heater & TOH System
2. Responsible for troubleshooting of all the CPs & SSP plant
3. Responsible for quality of products from all CPs and SSP plant
4. Responsible for the safety of the plant, machinery and personnel and management and improvement of all the safety systems
5. Coordination with engineering department for proper maintenance of equipment, process modification etc
6. Coordination with Utility department for TOH operations, TOH maintenance & change-over
7. Implementation and maintenance of systems like ISO/OHSAS/Six Sigma/PSM/IVEX
8. For CP1 Poly, Coordinate with downstream Filament team for Quality, performance, consumption and product change over and chips intake planning, maintaining inventory as per production plan
9. For CP2 PET plant, Coordination with PET marketing for product changeovers, finished good inventory management, customer despatches and customer complaints
10. Monthly reports preparations and circulation, attending meetings on plant performance
11. Responsible for cost saving initiatives in the area
12. Implementation of corporate guidelines (on operations, safety and general management)

15-year Experience in handling CPs including 8-10 years as Lead
Good communication in english
