Job description

Check and review the requirements of each site as to what the permits/clearances needed for applications;

Creates the tracker to monitor the status of the permits/clearances and make a daily update including the issues and dependencies;

Manages the Team by clustering the sites (according to their locations) and distributing the workloads fairly to each ROW Engineers to ensure timely delivery of the project as per the agreed build plan;

Conducts internal Weekly and Monthly meetings to address site issues and concerns;

Review and finalize the forms and templates including the Letter of Intent (LOI), Undertakings, Permit Forms, Project Scope Presentations, etc. before submission to different entities making sure that it is correct and acceptable. Ensure that all documents comply with the acquisition procedures;

Handles problematic sites that require high fees and can negotiate based on the standard charging and within the budget;

Anticipate possible bottlenecks and facilitate troubleshooting of issues on site to avoid delays during construction;

Direct reporting, coordination, and attending meetings with the Client regarding the progress of the project;

Evaluate the performance of the ROW Engineers based on the results of their negotiations, time of delivery, and quality of the permits secured. Also, review Cash Advances, Liquidations, and Request for Payments making sure that the documents are approved and valid;

Coordinates with other project domains (Engineering, Implementation, Finance, etc.) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of the project;

Manages the ROW documents project library including the compilation of files both hard copy and electronic copy for internal use and for submission to the Client.

Qualifications

Preferably a Graduate of Bachelors in any Engineering. With at least five (5) years of working experience in Telecommunications Companies. Handled progressive roles from Site Acquisition and Right-of-Way permitting;

Knows how to communicate and deal with different kinds of people (high profile) and with strong negotiation skills;

Knowing FTTH is preferable

Honest and Trustworthy;

Could do travel in the national area;
