As a Partnership Lead for our Lifestyle Brand, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, securing high-impact collaborations, overseeing partnership execution and performance, and building long-term relationships to drive acquisition, awareness, and clinic traffic.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic partnership development across brands, communities, and corporate institutions.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-impact collaborations that drive acquisition, awareness, and clinic traffic
  • Oversee partnership pipelines and manage timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
  • Develop partnership frameworks, proposal decks, benefit structures, and performance measurement processes.
  • Analyze partnership performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Strengthen long-term partner relationships and explore expansion opportunities.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years in sales, business development, or partnerships.
  • Proven record in partner acquisition, cross-selling, and activations with revenue impact.
  • Existing partner pipeline in lifestyle, beauty, or dental industry is a plus.
  • Experience in brand activations & monetization of spots/services.
  • Creative, bubbly personality, strong communicator, and relationship builder.
  • B2B experience (lifestyle preferred).
