Responsibilities
- Retail Executive oversees new business partners and provides training and information on the business policies and procedures.
- Implement sales/channel expansion plans in line with retail development strategy to enhance positioning of the brands and drive volume.
- Manage business partners; ensure that brands are presented in line with brand strategies at retail.
- Monitor market developments, trends and competitor activities and share this information with Retail Manager and Business teams to create/maximize business opportunities
- Responsible for finding and developing new business partners for the business.
- Implement and execute retail performance measures across all counter
- Support and lead the implementation and execution of new and/or improvement of retail initiatives as needed
- Monitor and analyse counter performance - provide retail expertise to business partner to improve retail profitability and productivity
- Facilitate problem resolution and operational improvement with business partner and provide update to management as necessary
Requirements
- Degree in business, Marketing with at least 5 years of significant experience in Sales and Retailing operations management
- Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising experience
- Problem identification and solving skills
