Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct support activities to Oracle E-Business Suite / Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Achieve Service Level Agreement (per issued ticket).
• Visit customers on-site for problem solving for a certain period.
• Develop proper support documents and prepare business presentations.
• Work together with functional and technical consultants to achieve project maintenance timelines and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Financials/Accountancy/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Working experience of minimum 1 year as Oracle Implementation/Support (preferable)
• Have knowledge in Oracle modules (preferable)
• Have knowledge in Fusion Clouds (preferable)
• Must have strong analytical and statistical skills in analyzing data using Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills, able to influence, negotiate and conduct presentations with customers
• Willing to travel to customer sites outside Jakarta for a certain period
