Overview
To analyze and troubleshoot issues with injection and blow molds. Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all molds, both in storage and in use. Coordinate the production of mold spare parts with machine tool operators. Identify and document spare part requirements for mold repairs and submit requests to the Supervisor for procurement. Contribute to maintaining cleanliness and order in the work environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct mold repairs in accordance with the mold repair request form and collaborative analysis, including providing constructive feedback.
- Perform preventive maintenance on both active production molds and standby molds.
- Maintain and care for all tooling and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Document and report daily activities and completed tasks.
- Oversee and monitor the condition of molds during production operations.
- Coordinate the production of mold spare parts with machine tool operators and identify spare part requirements for mold repairs, submitting requests to the Supervisor for procurement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Automotive Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in plastic injection and blow mold manufacturing and repair processes.
- Enjoys working in the field (hands-on/onsite work).
- Creative, innovative, detail-oriented, honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to work both in a team and independently, well-behaved, polite, and willing to work hard.
- Willing to work in shifts (3 shifts), under pressure, and available for overtime.

Shift details:
Monday to Friday:
Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm
Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm
Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am.
Saturday:
Shift 1: 6 am to 11 am
Shift 2: 11 am to 4 pm
Shift 3: 4 pm to 9 pm
