SIGNMATEGH is seeking an experienced Managing Partner to lead and develop our new Non-IT Outsourcing business line. We are looking for a visionary leader with proven business-building skills and an extensive network to bring in new clients and projects.

Responsibilities

• Business Development and Strategy: Initiate, formulate, and implement business strategies for the Non-IT outsourcing line from inception to success.
• Client and Project Acquisition: Leverage your network and expertise to win new clients and secure high-value Non-IT outsourcing projects.
• Operational Management: Oversee all operational aspects of the business line, including planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
• Financial Management: Drive profitability of the business line, including budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets.
• Human Resource Development: Build and lead a capable team to deliver excellent client service.
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and clients to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior management role or similar, preferably in outsourcing, consulting, or services.
