Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and oversee all planning and logistics operations to ensure smooth supply chain management.
• Manage bonded zone activities in compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement strategic planning, inventory management, and logistics processes to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to meet production and market demands.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, sales, and finance teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the planning and logistics team to ensure high performance, continuous improvement, and adherence to best practices.
• Drive process improvements through the application of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other supply chain methodologies.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, customs, transporters, and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to senior management on supply chain performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in planning and logistics within a manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in handling bonded zone operations.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Certification in Supply Chain Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other management certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Willing to be based in Eastern Indonesia.
