Job Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably with both academic and sales training exposure.
  • Strong experience in curriculum design, training facilitation, and performance management.
  • Proven expertise in managing onboarding programs, employee development, and PIP implementation.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
