• Food & Beverage Manager (FBM)

General Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or hotel management.
• A minimum 2-5 years with basic F&B Service experience.
• Ability to speak, read, and write the language used in the workplace.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office and Hospitality software.
• A proven track record of being able to lead a team and to multitask.
• Understanding of and compliance with hotel policies regulations and communicating these clearly to staff.
• Reporting on daily operations in timely manner.
