Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior / Entry-Level Project Support Specialist to join our team in Jakarta. In this role, you’ll support the successful rollout and use of AI-based tools for our clients across various industries.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in technology, project coordination, and client support.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in supporting local clients with onboarding and adoption of AI tools
• Facilitate communication between Indonesian and English-speaking stakeholders
• Conduct onsite visits to client offices (as needed) to provide support and ensure product usage
• Learn and understand the company’s AI products to assist clients effectively
• Perform basic data reviews and ensure the accuracy of AI-generated outputs
• Provide feedback to the internal team based on client interactions and observations

Job Requirements

• Proficient in English and Indonesian (written and spoken)
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree from a reputable Indonesian university
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working on data or language-focused tasks
• Able to work collaboratively with team members and follow instructions
• Willing to work full-time for 6 months, with occasional overtime when required
• Chinese proficiency (HSK 4+) is a plus

Work Arrangement

• This is a hybrid role (remote + onsite).
• Some weeks will require full-time onsite presence at client offices in Jakarta.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing work arrangements.
