Job description

Responsibilities

• System access administration in all systems and ensure all staffs only get limited access based on their roles and responsibilities, such as; a) User access creation, deletion, modification, password reset, block and unblock, b) Access rights/role profiles set up based on the approved authorization matrix document, c) Security parameter management, d) Change management support, e) Project support, etc.
• Periodic access review for; a) Logical and Physical access, b) User access activities review in critical systems (application level), c) Privileged user activities in critical systems (Database Level, OS Level, and Application Level).
• Performing Authorization Matrix Document built and maintenance for minor & major changes.
• Establishes, reviews and verifies the IT Security Administrator policies, guides, standards and procedures documentation.
• Develops, reviews and verifies the security assessments, security solutions, control and mitigation to the potential risks that may hinder the reputation, safety and the security of the organization.
• Action & monitor on audit findings to ensure all findings can be closed in accordance with agreed deadline to gain satisfactory audit result.
• Pro-actively participate to eliminate and avoid any potential security breach, fraud and other financial lost.
• Provide Security Administrator daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
• Perform Security Administrator (SA) delivery service in line with policy & procedure.
• Perform Security Administrator (SA) delivery service in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  
  

Requirements

• Strong and deep security analytical thinking;
• Minimum of 1-3 year's experience in banking/IT security Operation Center/other related area;
• Understanding the concept of operating system, active directory, hardware, software, and network technology;
• Understanding of programming concept and database structure;
• Familiar with IT Security tools;
• IT Security certification, if any;
• Good in maintaining/registering documents.
