Overview

IT Quality Assurance Tester
Surabaya, Indonesia | Full-Time

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Tester (Manual & Automation) to join our growing QA team. You will help ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our web and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Design & execute manual test cases based on requirements
• Build & maintain automated test scripts (Selenium, Katalon, etc.)
• Perform basic performance/load testing
• Identify, document & track bugs using JIRA or similar tools
• Provide clear test reports with steps, results, and logs/screenshots
• Collaborate with developers, PMs, and QA team throughout the SDLC

Requirements

• 1–4 years of QA testing experience (manual & automation)
• Ability to write test cases & document issues clearly
• Strong attention to detail & analytical thinking
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to Have

• Hands-on with automation tools (Katalon, Selenium, etc.)
• Familiar with performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, etc.)
• Experience with JIRA/TestRail/Confluence
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST-assured)
• Prior experience in international teams
• Basic understanding of security testing
