Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager (1 level under Director) to lead our IT operations, infrastructure, and security in a regulated fintech (P2P Lending) environment. You will ensure system reliability, compliance with OJK standards, and support our business growth through secure and efficient technology management.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations, networks, servers, cloud infrastructure, and office IT systems.
• Ensure compliance with OJK regulations, AFPI, cybersecurity standards, and internal IT policies.
• Oversee system security, access control, data protection, and incident handling.
• Coordinate development/maintenance of core systems (LOS, LMS, KYC, payment gateway).
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, integrations, and documentation.
• Manage IT vendors, service providers, and internal IT support team.
• Ensure high system uptime and quick issue resolution (SLA-driven).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or IT operations.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated tech preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cloud (Alibaba/AWS), Azure, networking, cybersecurity, and ITIL.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security, Linux/Windows servers, ITIL framework, database systems (MySQL/PostgreSQL), API-based integrations, cybersecurity tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS).
• Understanding of secure software development, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring tools.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to fully work from office in West Jakarta Area.
