Job description

Investor Relations Manager is responsible for managing the communication between the company, its shareholders, analysts, and the broader investment community. This role ensures that the company’s financial performance, strategy, and market position are effectively communicated to support transparency, credibility, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the investor relations strategy to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation in the capital market.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between senior management (CEO, CFO) and investors, analysts, and shareholders.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports, investor presentations, earnings releases, and Annual General Meeting materials.
  • Handle inquiries from investors and analysts regarding the company’s financial results, strategic direction, and market outlook.
  • Monitor stock performance, market trends, and investor sentiment, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure compliance with capital market regulations (such as OJK, IDX, or other relevant authorities).
  • Manage the investor relations section of the company’s website, annual report, and sustainability report.
  • Organize investor events including analyst meetings, conference calls, investor days, and non-deal roadshows.
  • Maintain and develop the investor and analyst database, fostering long‑term relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in investor relations.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of financial statements, valuation, and corporate strategy.
  • Proven experience working in or with a publicly listed company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
