Job Description
- Collaborate with customer HR to identify business needs and requirements.
- Work with the team to develop the migration plan and provide data related to business needs.
- Map business needs to system capabilities. Provide system solutions and workarounds to meet business needs.
- Conduct system configuration, demos, user acceptance testing, system integration testing, and key user training.
- Maintain and support the client, including technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction.
- Prepare project deliverables such as system solution design and user guides.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field (GPA ≥ 3.20).
- At least 5 years of work experience in implementing and managing HRIS systems.

- Proficiency in Mandarin language is a must.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
