Job Description
  • Collaborate with customer HR to identify business needs and requirements.
  • Work with the team to develop the migration plan and provide data related to business needs.
  • Map business needs to system capabilities. Provide system solutions and workarounds to meet business needs.
  • Conduct system configuration, demos, user acceptance testing, system integration testing, and key user training.
  • Maintain and support the client, including technical advice, creating reports, data analysis and correction.
  • Prepare project deliverables such as system solution design and user guides.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Psychology, Information Systems, or a related field (GPA ≥ 3.20).
  • At least 5 years of work experience in implementing and managing HRIS systems.
