• Handling daily/contract employee agreements including extension and termination.
• Ensuring accurate employee attendance records (leave, permission, lateness, overtime).
• Maintaining employee database and preparing regular HR reports.
• Coordinating with department managers on manpower requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR/Personnel, especially recruitment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in HRIS systems.
