Head of Marketing Services (E-commerce enablement)
Lead Full-Funnel Growth Across Ads & E-commerce.Join AnyMind Group as the Head of Marketing Services and take charge of performance-driven advertising and e-commerce operations for top-tier brand clients. You’ll own strategy and execution across media buying, marketplace operations, and digital enablement in the e-commerce area, bringing together creative campaigns and operational excellence to scale brands faster across Asia.
What You'll Do
- Lead Ad Strategy & Execution (60%): Oversee all e‑commerce advertising formats from marketplaces to social commerce and programmatic. Define and execute ad growth plan, budget allocation, creative testing, channel mix and ROI optimisation.
- Own E‑commerce Operations (40%): Partner with operations, fulfilment, and logistics teams to ensure scalable product listing, stock management, marketplace readiness, and operational KPIs (conversion, AOV, returns).
- Build Integrated Solutions: Combine advertising services with e‑commerce enablement to offer bundled, value‑driven solutions for brands—bridging media, operations and technology.
- Drive Team & Performance Culture: Lead, mentor and scale a high‑performance team across media specialists, operations managers and optimisation analysts.
- Measure, Analyse & Report: Develop dashboards and insight workflows that measure advertising effectiveness, operational efficiency and holistic brand impact. Use data to refine strategies and improve client outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as key partner to brands, agencies and internal leadership; set strategy, present results, and guide next‑step actions.
- Report to Managing Director of Indonesia
Who You Are
- 7+ years in e‑commerce advertising, digital marketing or operations, preferably in a e‑commerce enablement, agency or platform setting.
- Deep expertise in e‑commerce ad formats (marketplace ads, social ads, programmatic) and demonstrable performance growth (ROAS, conversions, GMV).
- Strong operations mindset—experience in fulfilment, marketplace logistics, product listing or supply chain optimisation is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution: you can set vision and also roll up your sleeves to hit results.
- Excellent data‑analysis skills and comfort building dashboards, KPIs and reporting frameworks.
- Strong leadership and communication skills—able to align cross‑functional teams and present to senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English both speaking and writing
