John Galt Services seeks a full-time Growth Marketing Manager to own demand generation, conversion, and revenue-adjacent marketing execution for a US customer.

You must be perfectly fluent in English. You will be fully integrated as a trusted, on-site member of a high-performance team, with real ownership and zero babysitting.

This is not a “post content and wait for likes” role.

This is a build, measure, iterate, and own the outcome role.

Minimum Job Qualifications

PERFECT SPOKEN & WRITTEN ENGLISH FLUENCY! Minimal accent. This is non-negotiable. If you hesitate here, you’re not ready.

PROVEN GROWTH MARKETING EXPERIENCE! You must understand traffic, conversion, funnels, and iteration. If you think "strategy" means slides and meetings, you’re not ready.

HANDS-ON EXECUTION SKILL! You write the copy. You build the page. You launch the campaign. You fix what’s broken. If your instinct is to outsource everything, you’re not ready.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS OWNERSHIP EXPERIENCE! You must be able to define KPIs, read acquisition/conversion behavior, build actionable reporting, and drive weekly improvements. If you only open GA when something feels wrong, you’re not ready.

CRM OWNERSHIP EXPERIENCE! You must have managed a CRM used for real sales or lead conversion. Pipelines, tagging, hygiene, automations. If CRM to you means "a contact list", you’re not ready.

A PRINCIPLED, SYSTEM-THINKING APPROACH! You think in funnels, not tactics. You design before you launch. You measure before you optimize. You don’t guess. You instrument, observe, decide, and iterate. If "we’ll just try it" is your default, you’re not ready.

You MUST have at least a Bachelor degree.

You MUST be willing to work late night hours.

You MUST either live on Bali or be willing to relocate to Bali.

You MUST have the right to work legally in Indonesia. JGS does NOT sponsor work visas!

You are supporting our customer remotely, but this is NOT a remote job! We will provide working space and equipment near Canggu, Bali. All work is performed on-site.

Salary & Benefits

You are a highly experienced Growth Marketing Manager who speaks English fluently. We will pay you accordingly.

New associates start at a probationary pay scale of IDR 8 jt / month gross (i.e. before taxes & benefits). Your probationary period is three months.

If we retain you past three months, your pay will increase to IDR 12 jt / month gross.

We pay performance bonuses based on your ability to contribute. The less hand-holding you need and the less rework your code requires, the more valuable you are to the team. After your probationary period, we will pay up to a 50% bonus for any month in which you meet or exceed our customer's EXTREMELY HIGH expectations. This would bring your pay as high as IDR 18 jt / month gross.

We also reserve a large pool of funds for staff perks, events & annual bonuses. If we are happy with your work, you will be VERY happy with your choice!
