Key Responsibilities
- 1. Daily Venue Operations - Oversee all daily operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from opening to closing. Monitor staff scheduling, attendance, and shift changes to ensure full coverage. Conduct venue walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, ambiance, lighting, music, and setup meet brand standards.
- 2. Staff Supervision & Development - Manage FOH, bar, service, kitchen and security teams across both venues. Conduct daily briefings, staff training, and performance evaluations. Ensure team members uphold service standards, dress code, and professionalism.
- 3. Service & Guest Experience - Maintain premium service levels through active floor presence and guest interaction. Personally handle guest complaints and special requests. Oversee smooth execution of themed nights, events, and activations.
- 4. Inventory & F&B Management - Supervise F&B inventory, purchasing, and deliveries. Monitor par stock levels and ensure operational efficiency.
- 5. Event & Entertainment Coordination - Collaborate with Marketing Department to secure DJs, performers, artists, promoters, and event hosts. Ensure all technical needs (sound, lighting, visuals) are met. Supervise timing, crowd flow, and guest engagement during events.
- 6. Cost Control & Budgeting - Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L accountability. Work with Finance to manage monthly operational budgets. Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability. Propose and track upselling strategies.
- 7. Marketing & Promotion Support - Work closely with marketing and product team to align brand strategy with customer insight and market trends. Partner with the Marketing team to execute campaigns. Ensure branding, menus, and promotional materials are always updated and consistent.
- 8. Safety, Compliance & Licensing - Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, fire safety, and building regulations. Supervise security operations and crowd control. Maintain up-to-date licenses and permits. Oversee POS systems, music/AV controls, lighting, and guest list tools. Ensure staff are properly trained on all digital tools.
- 9. Reporting & Communication - Provide nightly and weekly operational reports to management. Track KPIs such as foot traffic, sales, guest retention, and staff performance. Recommend improvements based on data and guest feedback.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing Restaurant / Bar / Lounge operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Strong knowledge of operational workflows, customer service, and hospitality standards.
- Solid financial management background including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
- Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences with a customer-first mindset.
