Job Purpose

This role is responsible to plan and control the resources and costs of continuous improvement project execution within the Supply Chain function, in order to obtain savings & productivity improvement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a project team in the capability and implementation phases of a project, assigning tasks within the team, monitoring progress and performance and reacting to issues arising so as deliver to the plan
  • Establish detailed project plans defining milestones and timescales and resource requirements for successfully execution of a project.
  • To assist Manufacturing Manager in target setting and performance assessment of team members, recommending training/personal development actions as appropriate to ensure personal delivery and development.
  • To alert Manufacturing Managers to any potential risks to budgets, quality of solution and timescales for delivery and propose solutions

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

Experience in supply chain: engineering is preferred.

1+ years' experience in a project execution role with experience of either a service delivery role or business analysis role (may be project based) OR fresh graduate from Engineering background with good, structured thinking
