Finance Controller Manager

The Finance Controller Manager is an integral member of the finance community, acting as a business partner to provide insights through financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts. The role involves supporting the creation of relevant business insights, identifying opportunities and financial risks, and ensuring reliable execution of controlling tasks on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. The job holder also supports the Finance Business Partner (FBP) and/or Head of Controlling in shaping and executing the performance management cycle.

Scope

This is a seasoned professional role, acting as a subject matter expert. The role involves working on diverse problems with minimal instruction, leading projects, and typically requires 5+ years of experience.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, and professional accounting qualifications or a Master’s degree
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge in Accounting, Controlling, Forecasting, Auditing, and Reporting
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial, consultancy, or auditing role within a multinational organization
• Effective communication skills, including structuring clear presentations
• Ability to simplify financial messages for non-finance stakeholders
• Strong skills in business planning, financial forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and reporting software (e.g., Excel, Access, Tagetik, SAP Analytics, SQL, Tableau)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure within deadlines
• Resilience in challenging situations, with a constructive and decisive approach
• Geographical flexibility and ambition for an international career
• Strong business acumen, proactive behavior, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Effective communication and presentation skills for cross-functional teams
