Job summary

A manufacturing company in Bekasi, Indonesia is seeking a Factory Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in managing factory operations, preferably in refinery and derivative products. Job description
Job Purpose:

Oversee daily factory operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet production goals and deadlines.

Monitor production metrics and make adjustments to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency.

Develop and enforce quality assurance plans and standards to ensure products meet specifications.

Manage team production and production support to ensure all processes run according to plan.

Ensure the factory operates in compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, or relevant regulations.

Review and audit production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualification:

Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related field.

Min. 5 years as Factory Manager preferable handle Refinery and derivative products (margarine, homecare and personal care).

Strong to lead and motivate teams.

Understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety protocols.

Experience with ISO, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, or similar systems preferred.

Strategic thinking, managing budget and cost efficiency and project management ability.
