Responsibilities

• Program soldering machines such as wave, selective solder, and other BE machines.
• Design and optimize wave soldering processes for new and existing products, ensuring high quality and efficiency.
• Improve productivity and reduce defects during wave, selective solder, coating, and other BE machine processes.
• Conduct process validation, equipment maintenance, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with other teams.

• Report any quality problems or defects to management for corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.

• Knowledge of wave, selective solder, coating, and other BE equipment and processes.
• Good technical and process analysis skills.
• Training in IPC-A-610, Wave, and Selective Soldering Machines.
• Knowledge of soldering processes, flux and solder properties, coating processes, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
