Job description

Mandalika Intercultural School is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our growing international school community. The ideal candidate is caring, creative, and committed to supporting young learners through a play-based and inquiry-driven approach.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, engaging lessons aligned with the MIS Early Years curriculum.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Facilitate play-based and hands-on learning activities that develop cognitive, social-emotional, physical, and language skills.
  • Assess and monitor children’s progress and learning needs.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings.
  • Supervise children during classroom time, playtime, and transitions.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development.
  • Work collaboratively with the Early Years team and specialists.
  • Support class events, celebrations, field trips, and school-wide activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • Experience teaching Early Years or Kindergarten preferred.
  • Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning.
  • Warm, patient, empathetic, and passionate about working with young children.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
