PT. Indo Porcelain, a leading tableware manufacturing company in Indonesia, is looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving e-commerce growth, managing a team, and collaborating across departments to enhance online sales, brand visibility, and customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to achieve sales growth and business objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee e-commerce content management (product photography, copywriting, promotions) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, and Operations teams to plan campaigns and manage inventory.
  • Optimize navigation, personalization, and customer journey across the website and marketplaces.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow the e-commerce team to achieve company targets.
Qualifications / Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or related majors preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, including proven leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, marketplace management, and omni-channel strategy.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and other e-commerce platforms.
