Responsibilities
  • Digital Campaign Management - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads. Skilled in Meta Ads Leads for lead generation campaigns. Proven track record in increasing website traffic, social media engagement, and sales conversion. Understanding of digital content production (copywriting, visuals, videos).
  • SEO & SEM - Strong knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO. Ability to write SEO-friendly articles to improve visibility and conversions. Experience in boosting website ranking and brand visibility through SEO strategies.
  • Social Media & Branding - Experience in managing official social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube). Capable of creating content pillars for social media. Achieved growth in followers, engagement, and brand awareness. Has experience creating social media content using Capcut/Canva (preferrable).
  • Data Analytics & Reporting - Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Google Looker Studio. Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs: CTR, CPC, ROAS, Conversion Rate. Ability to deliver insightful, data-driven reports and recommendations.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management - Experienced in guiding and mentoring digital marketing teams (designers, content creators). Strong coordination with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Service, Product). Ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners (influencers, agencies, media).
