Job summary
A logistics service provider in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries and coordinate logistics operations. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and shipment updates in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Prepare and process shipping documents accurately and on time for Import & Export process.
- Monitor cargo movement and provide timely status updates to customers.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular service reports.
