Job summary

A logistics service provider in Jakarta Pusat is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries and coordinate logistics operations. The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor’s degree, 1-2 years of related experience, and is fluent in English. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with familiarity in ERP/CRM systems a plus.
