Job Overview

As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision and brand storytelling of Locca Sea House. This includes developing creative concepts for events, marketing campaigns, visual design, and the overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the brand identity of Locca Sea House across all touchpoints.
  • Develop creative concepts for events, music programs, and lifestyle activations.
  • Lead and supervise the creative team (design, content, events) while collaborating with marketing and operations teams.
  • Oversee visual outputs including campaigns, digital content, and merchandise design.
  • Stay ahead of hospitality, lifestyle, and entertainment trends to bring fresh ideas.
  • Build partnerships with brands, artists, musicians, and creative communities.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative field (hospitality / lifestyle / entertainment industry preferred).
  • Strong background in marketing, event creativity, and design.
  • Solid portfolio in brand building, event/experience design, and creative campaigns.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to lead creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Passionate about music, art, culture, and hospitality.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
