As the Country Manager of bTaskee Indonesia, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the business operations in Indonesia. This includes strategic planning, business development, team leadership & operational efficiency. You will act as the main representative of bTaskee in the country, ensuring alignment with the company’s regional goals while adapting to the local market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in Indonesia.
- Align country operations with regional and global directives from HQ.
- Provide regular market and performance reports to the CEO.
Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and services.
- Expand customer base through effective marketing, sales, and local partnerships.
- Analyze market trends to anticipate business needs and challenges.
Team Management:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Customer Support & Tasker Management
- Build a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and motivation.
- Ensure collaboration, communication, and coordination across departments.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
- Maintain high service quality, customer satisfaction, and tasker experience.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the key representative for all government, partner, and vendor relations.
- Represent the company in public events, media interviews, and community engagements.
- Provide market insight and feedback to product teams to ensure successful localization.
- Collaborate with tech and product teams to implement and improve services for Indonesian users.
Qualifications:
- Male/female, 25 – 45 years old.
- +7 years of experience in Marketing, business operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong track record in leading teams and driving business growth in Indonesia.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Background in startup, tech, or service industry is preferred.
