Qualifications
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree (Economics, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or related fields).
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in corporate planning, business planning, financial planning, or strategic planning, with at least 2 years in a supervisor/assistant manager position.
- Experience in Holding/Investment company
- Possess data analysis, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring skills.
- Able to develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term business strategies.
- Understand the concepts of risk management, KPIs, and corporate governance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools or ERP software is preferred.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Develop strategic plans for the company (short, medium, and long term) together with the team and management.
- Conduct company performance analysis (financial, operational, market, and competitors) to support strategic decision making.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate the implementation of business plans, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Prepare periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) on target achievement, KPIs, and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide analytical support in the process of corporate strategy formulation, new business development, and investment.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure alignment of strategy and execution of company plans.
- Identify business risks and provide mitigation recommendations.
- Assist management in preparing presentation materials for the Board of Directors (BOD) and other stakeholders.
- Develop effective planning systems, procedures, and tools to improve company efficiency.
- Lead a small team or staff in the implementation of corporate planning projects.
- Ensure company compliance with OJK, IDX, and other capital market regulations.
- Provide input to management regarding market perceptions, investor sentiment, and industry trends.
- Handle information requests from investors and the public accurately and in accordance with regulations.
- Support corporate actions (e.g., IPOs, rights issues, mergers, acquisitions) from the perspective of stakeholder communication.
