Job description
What you will do
  • Greet guests and inquire about reservations in a proper manner.
  • Check and confirm guests' reservations in the PMS system.
  • Request guests' ID cards and ensure the registration form is filled correctly.
  • Perform duties and act according to the Cabin Branch instructions.
  • Lead cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods and public areas).
  • Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolleys is loaded.
You will fit in this job if you
  • Have relevant work experience in Housekeeping or Front Office at a hotel/resort for at least 1 year.
  • Are willing to work on the shift schedule.
  • Are willing to work outside normal hours if there are urgent matters.
  • Maintain a neat appearance and good grooming.
  • Placement: Bobocabin Kintamani, Bali.
