Job description

Excellent communication with great interpersonal skills which would help the candidate deliver on growth prospects working closely with stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Prior experience in P&L management, Merchandising, Planning, and brand management.

strong understanding of Ms. Office, ERP tools, and systems.

Have a good handle on consumer and market insight, including the ability to analyze market data.

Have experienced handle high end / luxury brand is a must.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Business & Brand strategy.
  • Define and own the overall Business strategy – to achieve the planned growth aspirations across channels.
  • Cascade the Business strategy into specific functional strategies across Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Store.
  • Ensure appropriate controls are in place for buying, inventory, working capital utilization, and New Stores Capital Expenditure.
  • Own end-to-end P&L responsibility including Topline, Gross margin, Marketing, and other overhead costs across all channels.
  • Analyze market data and sales trends to set up an annual budget for revenue, expenditures, and profitability.
  • Set up sales targets, and periodic sales forecasts and must ensure the outcome of the expected sale is achieved.
  • Construct monthly sales report that summarizes sales achievement, marketing activities updates, and competitive landscape for submission to principal.
