Job description

The Brand Manager is responsible for managing and growing the fashion brand as a full business unit. The primary focus is to ensure that business strategies are executed effectively to achieve sales targets, profitability, operational efficiency, and sustainable brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand business strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle including collection planning, budgeting, pricing, launch execution, and end-of-life processes.
  • Ensure brand positioning, product standard, and customer experience are consistently maintained across all channels.
  • Conduct business analysis including sales performance, inventory turnover, margin tracking, product trends, and business opportunity mapping.
  • Lead demand planning to ensure product availability is optimized across offline and online channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, design, visual execution, supply chain, retail operations, and finance.
  • Manage brand P&L, budgeting, cost control, and delivery of financial KPIs.
  • Identify market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitive dynamics to support future business strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular business performance reviews to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Fashion Business, or related fields.
  • 4–6 years of experience in retail fashion or brand management.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, business planning, and P&L management.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and business KPI interpretation skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to perform in a fast-pacedenvironment
