• Lead and oversee the Technical Division, covering Claims, Underwriting, and Product Proposition.
• Define and execute strategies to ensure technical excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth.

• Ensure claims and underwriting processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with distribution, finance, and other business units to support commercial strategies and drive business performance.

• Build and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, or related fields; professional insurance qualifications (AAMAI and/or ANZIFF) and Risk Management (QRGP / QCRO) highly preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the general insurance industry, with a proven track record in claims, underwriting, and product management.
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to balance commercial priorities and operational discipline.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence business direction through data-driven insights and market intelligence.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
