A leading mobile solutions provider in Kalimantan Barat is looking for an administrative professional to manage BTL materials and in-store enhancements. Duties include organizing materials, conducting audits, and providing detailed analysis and reporting. Ideal candidates should have data processing skills and proficiency in Excel and Word, with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Organize and summarize the BTL (Below The Line) materials and in-store enhancements, ensuring smooth execution across all touchpoints.
Conduct audits and inspections of BTL investments and track construction progress to maintain quality and efficiency.
Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis of BTL construction performance and outcomes.
Coordinate the delivery of key retail materials—including POSM, tables, brochures, neon boxes, and more—to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
Generate regular reports on branding materials and delivery status within the assigned area.
1-2years years of experience in administrative task or in the smartphone/telco/aiot will be a plus
Strong data processing skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, and other data tools.
